Site
Meeting
Site meetings are held regularly to monitor,
coordinate, update and solve all site issues
between Client, Consultants, Builder and
Contractors.
Product Update
Some confirmed equipment may have gone obsolete
during the course of project implementation.
Therefore the project team will seek update
and recommend the necessary systems with
the approval of the Consultants and Client.
Site Inspection
and Installation
The project manager will visit the site
at least once a week to monitor the progress
of construction apart from the regular site
meetings. He will ensure that our integrators
deliver and work closely within the Main
Contractor work schedule.
Documentation
Documentation is done throughout the progress
of the project. We would follow the tender
specifications and make the necessary amendment
to the drawings or specifications as requirement
changes during the course of the construction.
At the end of project, the as-built drawings
from us can be used to facilitate future
maintenance and expansion of the systems.
Programming
This is the 20% part of our comprehensive
solution that we provide. Standard initial
programming is primarily to facilitate the
Testing of the system and another round
of fine tuning to commission the system.
It is through this programming that we truly
customize our solution to meet the system
requirements.
Testing and
Commissioning
Any systems installed needs to be enabled
and this process is Testing and Commissioning.
To test a system is to ensure that the system
is basically functioning. Over and above
the criteria of testing, to commission a
system is to ensure that the system is not
merely functioning but specifically to meet
the specified requirements of the systems
application.
After-sales
Support
The “Safe-guarding your investment”.
Now that the systems are installed, programmed,
tested and commissioned, we need to ensure
that the system delivered up-time is constantly
maintained. The system designed must also
cater for future expansion and changing
needs can be easily accommodated.
